Owned a large-scale SAP ERP transformation across multiple business units, managing multi-site engineering teams in France with 2000+ person-day of development of the digital interface and 7300+ person-day in India to deliver the core ERP capabilities and custom modules, aligning with product requirements.

My Projects at Lapeyre

I supervised development teams working with Delphi to maintain and enhance video editing applications. These applications were crucial for constructing advertising slots for France Télévisions channels, aligning with the agreements made with advertisers. These systems also communicated with various physical hardware components, ensuring smooth operations and seamless integration.

I led the EDI team at Sonepar, actively participating in the creation and development of all EDI messages. These messages enabled the company to communicate effectively with both suppliers and clients, significantly boosting business volume, purchasing, and sales, and enhancing the company’s competitiveness.

My role involved meeting with our partners to define the EDI message specifications according to the given priorities from top management. I then developed these messages promptly according to standards, ensuring seamless integration with the company’s ERP system and facilitating smooth communication with our partners. 

SONEPAR– Whole – Paris, FRANCE

Led the nationwide deployment of the MOVEX M3 ERP system across 700+ retail stores, owning the sales domain delivery and translating business workflows into scalable ERP configurations. In parallel, drove the EDI integration strategy with suppliers and customers, enabling automated, real-time data exchanges. Supported platform adoption, stability, and continuous improvement across the national network.

I developed and maintained applications for Caterpillar’s manufacturing floor, supporting the production line for tractor assembly. I primarily worked with two programming languages: Delphi and Java. Using Delphi, I developed desktop applications that directly interfaced with various machines on the production floor, such as CNC machining equipment and thermal furnace controllers. Additionally, I created Java applications for embedded devices, which were used to scan barcodes and ensure product traceability. Furthermore, I oversaw a third application developed in C#, which connected to quality fluid traceability devices, monitoring all hydraulic circuit filling processes in the tractors.

Worked on the development and maintenance of point-of-sale (POS) software, including feature implementation, bug analysis, root cause investigation, and issue resolution to ensure system stability and reliability in production.

Contributed to the development and enhancement of software solutions for industrial calculation and engineering offices, working on feature development, data processing, bug analysis, and corrective maintenance to support engineering workflows and technical decision-making.
